This one came to us when the homeowners discovered a leak in their shower. A previous homeowner had converted a closet into a shower and didn’t pull any permits - and it showed. We stripped the bathroom down to the studs, corrected the framing, electrical, and plumbing, and installed a clean and modern bathroom complete with a soaking tub and large zero-clearance shower.
